Sustainability in weddings - Succulents, Bouquets, and Bouts - Ways you can green up your wedding or event!
Weddings are events where lots of materials typically get wasted. Bella Calla loves to do weddings where everything gets re-used, or re purposed!
Our clients often love to use recycled materials, such as bottles, to build a centerpiece. This popular wedding look works with eclectic, vintage, and many other styles of wedding design.
We rent out our centerpiece collections so you don't have to purchase them! What are you going to do with 20 tall glass vases in your house? Nothing. They'll sit in your garage and collect dust until you either give them away or finally find some creeper on Craigslist who wants them! Well, you're in luck. We are pretty much glassware hoarders here. Want pilsners at 30" tall? no worries. RAD metal spikes with a cool floral piece on top? We've got you. sticks, moss, and wood slabs? Heck yes. We recycle everything back into the industry so it never gets wasted.
Let us know if you're hunting a particular type of centerpiece. If we don't own it, we often will add it to our inventory.
We often donate leftover wedding flowers to hospitals, nursing homes, and such. We'd rather someone enjoyed them instead of them going to waste!
We use succulents in bouquets, succulents in boutonnieres, and even build succulent centerpieces! These can then be re-planted to have long-lasting houseplants to remember your event!
Bella Calla, as a Colorado wedding florist, can do things like: feathers, succulents and hops in boutonnieres!
