This lovely wedding at Deer Creek Valley Ranch was shot by Jennie Crate with Green Blossom Photography! The soft pastel flowers and delicious details made this one a beauty! The gorgeous bride doesn't hurt either! The lovely florals are by one of Denver's best wedding florists, Bella Calla! Love the succulent boutonnieres, the pastel peonies, and the soft lovely ranunculus in the wedding bouquet an the boutonnieres... so lovely! Sweetly Paired is one of Denver's Best Wedding Coordinators!
This lovely bride chose pastels as her palate, and this awesome, modern, urban wedding shows off what you can do with fabulous color choices! This palate is perfect for spring, and the Cable Center in Denver is a great modern venue for weddings or events. Thanks to the always awesome Dylan with Aventura Photography for the beautiful shots!
Some of the fabulous flowers we used in these bouquets were stock, roses, calla lily, ranunculus, lisianthus, seeded eucalyptus, garden roses, and hydrangea! We even used a few Icelandic poppies!
Peony Season is our favorite season at Denver Wedding Florist Bella Calla. Duchesse Peony, Coral Charm Peony, Sarah Bernhardt Peony, Sorbet Peony, Felix Red Peony... No matter what your pleasure, June is the month for perfect peonies. July is a close second.
We start getting peonies in Colorado in May, typically, and we finish our good season mid-July. Peonies are one of the most expensive wedding flowers, as is well published. What's nice about them, in contrast, is that they are a quite large bloom in season. This gives them a large spread and quite a big bang for the buck. We think of peonies in weddings as a focus flower surrounded by other, more reasonably priced flowers, as well as other favorites, like ranunculus and garden roses...

Peach and Coral wedding flowers are just my favorite! We love a good peach color palate with greyish greens, pops of yellow, and fun coral flowers! Lots of flowers come in peach and coral. We've included a bunch of ideas here, so you can see a list of options for coral wedding flowers!
The bouquet to the left has peach ranunculus right in the middle. Ranunculus have thin, tissue-like petals, and are quite hardy in summer bouquets. They are available most months of the year. Mango calla lilies are the orangey-yellowy flower right next to the ranunculus. They are very hardy, and work very well in boutonnieres. This bouquet has some fun textural elements as well, like the kangaroo paw sticking out, the bright green "trick" flower, seeded eucalyptus in the front, and locally grown crabapples! We encourage you to have fun with the items we choose for your bouquets! The bouquet also has dahlias in it... but check out the ones below for a better shot!
